Flow Assurance: Challenges and Integrated Solutions for Mature and Green Fields  

Abstract

Flow assurance is another term for multiphase transport, which covers the transmission of oil, gas, and water from the reservoir to the delivery point in a safe, reliable, and economical way.
It covers the three domains (production chemistry, production engineering and surveillance and operations) in both mature and green fields for offshore and onshore developments.
In this workshop, wse will discuss existing and potential flow assurance issues for both, mature and green fields. The topics will be covering but not limited to:

• Data acquisition and assessment
• Challenges associated with the chemistry of the produced fluids
• Lessons learnt from mature fields and application to green fields
• Novel technologies and applications
• Research and development related to production chemistry
• Sharing successful and lessons learnt

In order to achieve an excellent discussion and fully integrated workshop we are aiming to ensure participation of production chemists, flow assurance experts, operations experts, production and  completion engineers,  project managers, reservoir engineers and process engineers. In addition to that a balance of theoretical and field examples will ensure an interesting workshop.
